Trust Creation and Administration
When making a Will, it is possible to include assets held on trust. This is especially appropriate for young beneficiaries whose inheritance can be managed until they reach a certain age, for those incapable of handling their own affairs or if a beneficiary is to receive income or some capital during their lifetime, only to pass the capital on to the next generation.
Lifetime trusts can also be created, these are particularly useful if you wish to keep control of certain assets such as land, but still wish to make a gift.
We can advise on creating trusts during your lifetime or in your Will and can help with their ongoing administration.
